What verification means

Verification is intended to help customers identify sellers that have completed PikoBee's applicable verification process. It does not guarantee every product, transaction, or seller interaction.

Why verification exists

The process helps PikoBee review applicable seller and business information before granting the corresponding verified status.

How to identify a verified seller

Look for the official PikoBee verified badge beside a seller’s name on supported storefront and marketplace surfaces. Do not rely on badges copied into product images or descriptions.

What it does not guarantee

Verification does not guarantee product authenticity, product quality, delivery, availability, pricing, or future seller behaviour. Review the listing, order terms, seller information, and available customer feedback before buying.

Report concerns

Use an available report action or a confirmed PikoBee support channel when published if a seller, listing, message, or payment request appears suspicious.
