PikoBee connects customers with sellers through a modern marketplace experience. Customers can discover products and place orders while approved sellers operate their own PikoBee shop and use the marketplace tools available to them.

The platform supports retail shopping as well as wholesale workflows for eligible products, sellers, and business buyers. Wholesale listings can use minimum quantities, quantity-based prices, requests, and quotes where available.

Sellers can use a free PikoBee subdomain where applicable. Eligible sellers can use custom domains according to their subscription plan; a domain is never presented as live until genuine provisioning succeeds.

Customers can follow order progress through PikoBee order tracking. Community and Buzz add a social-commerce content experience, while delivery and courier workflows connect confirmed orders to the appropriate fulfilment process.
