These terms describe the rules for using PikoBee’s marketplace, commerce, storefront, content, and related experiences. Business-specific legal identity and contact information will appear only when configured and approved.

Company / legal name: PikoBee

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly review activity associated with your account. Do not share passwords or one-time codes.

Review product, seller, pricing, delivery, and applicable return information before ordering. Provide accurate recipient and delivery details and use only available payment methods.

Sellers are responsible for accurate business information, lawful listings, product details, stock, prices, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable PikoBee seller requirements.

Listings and prices are supplied or managed by the relevant seller or PikoBee where applicable. Availability and the final order summary should be reviewed at checkout.

An order is recorded when checkout completes. Confirmation, fulfilment, cancellation, delivery, return, and refund states follow the platform workflow and applicable order conditions.

Where offered, Cash on Delivery means the payable amount is collected as part of delivery. Customers should follow the amount and instructions shown on their PikoBee order.

Use only methods shown as available. Manual payment evidence requires administrator verification and does not itself confirm payment. PikoBee does not claim an unconnected payment provider is active.

Delivery options and status depend on the seller, customer address, selected method, and genuinely configured delivery or courier workflow. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed for the order.

Eligibility and handling depend on the order, product condition, evidence, review outcome, payment method, and the current Refund & Return Policy.

Verification indicates completion of PikoBee’s applicable verification process. It does not guarantee every product, transaction, delivery, or interaction.

Users remain responsible for content they publish, including reviews, Community posts, Buzz posts, comments, and reports. Content may be moderated or removed under platform rules.

Community and Buzz support discovery and social-commerce participation. Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsafe content.

PikoBee branding, product design, and platform materials may not be copied, distorted, or used without applicable permission. Users and sellers must have rights to content they upload.

Fraud, counterfeit or unlawful goods, deceptive listings, suspicious payment requests, credential theft, abusive content, scraping, system interference, and attempts to bypass platform controls are prohibited.

PikoBee may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where needed to enforce platform rules, protect users, investigate risk, or meet applicable obligations. Relevant review processes may apply.

Any final liability language depends on approved business-specific legal terms. Details will be available here when configured; this page does not invent legal exclusions or jurisdiction-specific claims.

The terms may be updated as the platform or approved policies change. The configured last-updated date identifies the published version when available.
